The Big P!VOT is a mentorship program for creatives 35 and older who are making a bold move—pivoting into or within the entertainment industry. Whether you’re reigniting a creative dream or changing direction mid-career, this program is here to support your next step.Whether you're coming from a corporate career, raising a family, or simply starting fresh, this program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. No film school, no prior credits, no problem.
This is a space for late bloomers, career changers, and lifelong creatives who are finally ready to claim their place in film, television, digital media, and beyond.
Selected participants will be matched with seasoned professionals—including Emmy Award-winning editors, producers, directors, and actors—for a series of personalized one-on-one mentorship sessions. Our goal is to provide real-world guidance tailored to your background, strengths, and creative goals.
Whether you're a writer ready to shape your first script, a performer exploring on-camera work for the first time, or simply someone with a vision and the courage to begin, this program is here to support your pivot.
This is not a film school. This is a launch pad.

HOW TO APPLY

Record a 2–3 minute video. Be real, be honest, be you. No fancy edits—just your voice, your spark, and your WHY.
THE RULES (BUT NOT TOO MANY)
Must be 35+ by the submission deadline
USA residents only (for now!)
No prior experience required—just passion and truth
One submission per person
Be available for Zoom meetings and respond in a timely and respectful manner.
A Laptop or an iPhone for Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime.

You’ll hear from us after we read every single one. (Yes, we will read every one submitted)
First Round Finalists → You’ll hop on Zoom with the StreamFest founders, Fearon & Juliana, to discuss your goals and help pair you with the right mentor.
Final Mentees Chosen → We’ll match you with a mentor who fits your vision and creative path and help to set your one-on-one meeting.
Two Private Mentor Sessions
Session One: Set goals. Make a plan. Get fired up.
Session Two (3 months later): Check in. Reflect. Level up.
